VA Seeks Industry Input on Expanding Cloud Services
The Department of Veterans Affairs is considering an expansion to its cloud environment and is seeking feedback from technology vendors.
The agency is conducting research on expanding VA’s Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) to include additional Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) beyond Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, which both have FedRAMP High certifications.

- The General Services Administration seeks to speed up the FedRAMP process
The VA said it is taking note of the growing number of cloud services providers cleared at the FedRAMP High level.
