Fatal Road Traffic Collision on N7 in Kildare
A pedestrian has died after being struck by a bus on the N7 motorway eastbound, at Kill, Co. Kildare.
The collision occurred on Saturday, 1st November, 2025, at approximately 3:30pm, between junction 8 and junction 7 eastbound, involving a bus and a pedestrian.
- A male pedestrian, aged in his 30s, was seriously injured and taken to Tallaght University Hospital, where he later passed away.
- The male driver of the bus, aged in his 30s, was uninjured.
- Two passengers received non-life threatening injuries.
The N7 motorway between junction 8 and junction 7 eastbound is currently closed pending a technical examination of the scene by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
A post mortem will take place in due course.
