Steamers Stretch Midweek Lead
Moama and Echuca dominated round four of the midweek bowls pennant.
The Steamers and Echuca were the big winners in Tuesday's Campaspe Playing Area action and now make up the league's top two after round four.
- Echuca handed league newcomer Kyabram a second straight defeat, taking all three rinks in a 16-83 to 0-47 result.
- The Steamers were also perfect in their contest with Rochester, winning 16-88 to 0-43.
James Ferrier skipped a huge win for Echuca, his squad running up a 37-12 win in their rink.
Matt Robertson's rink also had a big win, with the Moama skip leading his quartet to a 35-11 result.
