Most counties in Northeast Georgia had Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax votes during the municipal elections, and nearly all were passed by voters.

- Banks County: SPLOST and Floating Local Option Sales Tax votes passed
- Stephens County: SPLOST vote passed
- Gwinnett County: SPLOST vote trending yes
- Jackson County: SPLOST vote trending yes
- Rabun County: Transportation SPLOST passed
The only vote to not succeed was a FLOST vote in Union County, which was rejected by a 55.85% to 44.15% margin.
