The government has announced a partnership with employers to tackle ill-health and keep Britain working, in response to Sir Charlie Mayfield’s Keep Britain Working Review.
This three-year partnership will involve over 60 major and numerous small employers working with the government to address ill-health issues that push people out of work and hinder growth.
The initiative aims to reshape how health issues and disabilities are managed in the workplace, focusing on prevention, early support, and better returns to work, helping more people stay employed and boosting UK disability inclusion.
