Food Banks Face Challenges Amidst Funding Cuts and Uncertainty

Jessica Hamilton and her husband, despite earning more than ever, are finding it difficult to make ends meet due to rising food costs. Their income is too high to qualify for SNAP benefits, which they previously received.
