A fire at the Morris Heights apartments in Statesboro on Sunday displaced twenty-one residents.
No injuries were reported, but the blaze caused extensive damage and led to an overnight housing displacement for many.
The incident occurred at 3:00 PM when Bulloch County 911 dispatched fire departments to the scene.
According to SFD Battalion Chief Lee Nessmith, the first engine on the scene reported heavy fire in a second-story apartment.
Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control within minutes.
