Industry RiNo Station, a 170,000-square-foot office building, has lost its largest tenant, OneTrust, a software firm based in Atlanta.
The building was 46% leased as of the end of August, down from 75% at the start of the year. OneTrust had occupied 37,000 square feet, about a fifth of the building, since its 2021 acquisition of Convercent.
However, the building's second-largest tenant, DispatchHealth, has recently renewed its lease, providing a positive note for the property.
No comment was provided by OneTrust regarding its departure from the building.
