Trinity Consultants has bought out prominent engineering firm Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JB&B) for an undisclosed amount.
The merger will integrate JB&B into Trinity's built environment division, where it will continue to work on high-profile projects in New York City.
JB&B specializes in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering, with notable projects including Hudson Yards, the World Trade Center, and the new J.P. Morgan Chase headquarters at 270 Park Avenue.
The acquisition price was not disclosed by Trinity Consultants.
