A Pompano Beach man, Daniel Gallumette, has been arrested for allegedly leaving two dogs in abusive conditions outside his home.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the dogs were found in a filthy cage on the driveway with little food, water, or shelter from harsh weather.
