Arrest after Disturbance at Preston City Centre Shop
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery after a disturbance at a shop in Preston city centre.
According to police, the incident occurred on Fishergate in Preston at 1:55 pm on Sunday, 26 October. Multiple police vehicles attended the scene, with witnesses reporting that the incident happened outside Waterstones.
Police said that a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and remains in custody.
The targeted premises was not confirmed, and enquiries are ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information to contact 101, quoting log 0636 of 26 October.
