Dr Reddy's Labs Assigns Additional Responsibilities to Sanjay Sharma
Dr Reddy's Labs has announced that the Board of Directors has assigned additional responsibilities of the Chief Human Resources Officer’s office to Sanjay Sharma, Global Head Operations.
Sanjay Sharma's appointment is effective from December 1, 2025, following the resignation of Archana Bhaskar, who will step down as CHRO on November 30, 2025.
"We wish to inform that basis the recommendation of Nomination, Governance and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, i.e., October 24, 2025, have assigned additional responsibilities of CHRO’s office to Mr. Sanjay Sharma."
This change in leadership is part of the company's internal restructuring.
