Silent Hill 2 Remake Sales Reach 2.5m Worldwide
Konami has revealed that its survival horror remake Silent Hill 2 has hit another big sales milestone.
The game, developed by Bloober Team, has now sold 2.5 million copies worldwide, including both digital and physical shipments.
This means the game has picked up another half a million sales since January this year, which is a significant achievement for a niche title.
Although Silent Hill 2 is still selling steadily, it was outpaced by recent release Silent Hill f in initial sales, with the latter racking up a million sales in a single day.
Silent Hill 2 has now sold 2.5 million copies worldwide.
