Religious College Acquires Downtown Bennington Properties
The Northeastern Baptist College Inc. has acquired properties in downtown Bennington, including the North Street building that formerly housed The Pharmacy.
- The building at the corner of North and Gage streets was purchased for $600,600 from Corner of North and Gage LLC.
- A building at 108 Gage Street was purchased for $104,400, including a store building on .18 acres.
- An additional .21 acres at 110 Gage Street was purchased for $39,000 from Gage Street Lot LLC.
These purchases were recorded with the town clerk’s office on October 9.
