R&R Brands Invests in Brio and Bravo
R&R Brands, a new multibrand restaurant group led by Scott Taylor, has made a strategic investment in Brio Italian Grill and Bravo Italian Kitchen.
The two Italian casual-dining chains, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August, will be revitalized under the new management.
- Brio and Bravo were previously owned and operated by Earl Enterprises.
- R&R Brands will take over as manager of the brands, joining other full-service brands like Party Fowl and Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux.
No comment on the stake Earl maintains under the new agreement.
