MNLU Mumbai National Corporate Due Diligence Competition 2025
The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations (CTRCR) of the Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU Mumbai) is organizing a National Corporate Due Diligence Competition on November 8, 2025.
The competition simulates a corporate advisory practice, where participants take on the role of corporate transactional lawyers, challenging them to:
- Identify red flags in corporate transactions
- Negotiate contractual clauses
The competition aims to develop practical skills in corporate advisory work among law students, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all undergraduate law students enrolled in 3-year (2nd year and onwards) or 5-year LLB (3rd year and onwards) programmes from recognized institutions in India.
