Alex Jones, the Infowars host, had described the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting as a hoax staged by crisis actors.
The judge found Jones liable without holding a trial based on the merits of allegations submitted by the relatives.
The Supreme Court issued the order without comment, leaving the $1.4 billion judgment in place.
