The West Coast Eagles have entered a four-year partnership with Allianz Australia, designating the insurer as a Platinum Partner for their AFL, AFLW, and Wheelchair football teams. This deal marks Allianz’s first significant sporting collaboration in Western Australia, reflecting their dedication to expanding community programs nationwide.
“Allianz Australia has a proven track record of resilience and performance, and an outstanding community focus which aligns with our club’s values and identity,” stated West Coast Eagles CEO Don Pyke.
He emphasized that Allianz’s support will both strengthen the football programs across different teams and contribute to the club’s wider community efforts.
The partnership will kick off with a community project supporting Foodbank WA’s Give a Feed appeal, aiding Western Australian families during Christmas.
“Allianz has a long history of supporting sport and promoting the power of sport in uniting communities,” said managing director Richard Feledy.
This collaboration highlights a strong shared commitment to sports and community engagement.
This partnership between the West Coast Eagles and Allianz Australia tightly connects community support with athletic development, enhancing local impact through sport and charitable initiatives.
