The Grand Slam of Curling season concludes with the GSOC Tahoe Final, featuring teams from Canada, Switzerland, and Scotland. The event caps off an exciting week of competition in one of curling’s most significant tournaments.
This year brings a major change, as there will be no National tournament for the 2025–26 season. Instead, the GSOC Tahoe Final serves as the season’s closing championship. Originally launched in 2002 for men’s teams and expanded in 2015 to include women’s teams, this competition continues to shape curling’s global stage.
For the first time, a major GSOC event takes place outside of Canada. The finals are hosted in Stateline, Nevada, on the southeastern edge of Lake Tahoe, marking an expansion of the sport’s international reach.
The men’s final features a face-off between Team Matt Dunstone of Canada and Team Mouat of Scotland. On the women’s side, Team Homan of Canada will compete against Team Silvana Tirinzoni from Switzerland.
