The water level at Tuguegarao City’s Buntun Bridge is rapidly rising and has reached alert level at 5 meters as of 8 pm on Sunday, November 9. While the bridge and other roads remain passable, residents are advised to follow evacuation protocols as heavy rains persist ahead of the typhoon’s expected landfall Sunday night in Aurora province.
