Valorant Maps Undergo Significant Changes in Patch 11.08
Popular Valorant maps, Pearl and Abyss, are receiving major updates in the 11.08 patch, focusing on holding sites.

Changes to Abyss and Pearl Maps
In patch 11.08, Riot is addressing Abyss and Pearl, two maps that have not seen changes in a while. Specifically, Abyss will see reworks to its Mid and B Site positions.
Riot said, "We found some opportunities to evolve the way B Site is defended."
- New cubby holes on the B Site will favor defenders.
- Initial corridors will have more space for utility usage from attackers.
