Revisiting Zoning Regulations in Bulloch County
The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners will re-examine new zoning regulations, including rules for ATV tracks and trails, on Tuesday evening.
A proposed zoning text amendment aims to update the county's Zoning Ordinance, which includes new definitions and regulations for "Go Cart, ATV and Motorbike Track and Trails".
"I would say in general we just try to update our Zoning Ordinance every so often, no specified routine of when we do,"
said James Pope, county Planning and Development Director. The amendment also addresses future breweries, conservation subdivisions, home occupations, and church lots with minister's homes.
