New Waterford Expands
The small community of New Waterford is making progress and expanding its business.
Village council passed an ordinance for annexing village-owned land to create an industrial park on the west side.
- The Columbiana County Commissioners accepted the annexation petition.
- The village aims to annex 8.238 acres from Unity Township on Hatcher Road.
“That’s a big step in the vision we have for an industrial park on the west side of the village,”
said New Waterford Mayor Shane Patrone.
