Delays affected flights into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Sunday morning due to thunderstorms, with a ground stop issued.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, departures to Sky Harbor had an average delay of 78 minutes because of the storms, expected to last until around 2 p.m.
