The Sixers' Undefeated Start to the Season
The Sixers appeared to finally run out of energy, but Adem Bona refused to let their first loss happen.
Playing on the second night of a back-to-back, the team looked gassed against the Washington Wizards, who were led by Alex Sarr and Kyshawn George and were flirting with a 60% field goal percentage for most of the night.
Joel Embiid led the team with 25 points, but had hit his minutes restriction and was done for the night with seven minutes to go in the game and the Sixers trailing by nine.
Then, Adem Bona happened
The team's exciting, unexpected undefeated start to the season seemed to be coming to an end, but Adem Bona's efforts changed the course of the game.
