Unpacking the First Look at 'The Vampire Lestat'
A new trailer for AMC's Interview with the Vampire season three, also known as The Vampire Lestat, was unveiled at New York Comic Con 2025.
The event, which took place over the weekend, featured panels, cosplay, and major announcements from notable properties like Marvel and Star Wars, as well as a panel for Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe.
This AMC/AMC+ production includes Interview with the Vampire, Mayfair Witches, and Talamasca: The Secret Order, and the panel featured discussions with the franchise’s actors and producer Mark Johnson.
A 3-minute first look at the third season of Interview with the Vampire was also showcased at the event.
The Immortal Universe is not the first adaptation of Anne Rice’s Gothic horror novels.
A movie version of Interview with the Vampire was released in 1994, starring Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, and Kirsten Dunst.
