Toronto's Budweiser Stage Renamed and Expanded
The beloved concert space, formerly known as Budweiser Stage, has been renamed RBC Amphitheatre as it undergoes a transformation into a year-round venue in Toronto.
Live Nation Canada and RBC announced a multi-year partnership to reimagine the amphitheatre, with expansion plans set to be complete by 2030.
"The redevelopment of RBC Amphitheatre, formerly Budweiser Stage, strengthens Toronto's position as a global entertainment hub and a must-play city for artists who are touring," said Michael Rapino, president and CEO, Live Nation Entertainment. "With these changes, RBC Amphitheatre will become a world-class venue with unmatched acoustics, fan-friendly design and elevated hospitality experiences.
The renovation aims to create a world-class venue, enhancing the city's entertainment scene.
