Lola Chisholm-White, head of wine at Edinburgh’s Margot and Leftfield, shares her story.
Growing up, her parents worked in hospitality, surrounding her with the industry. As she got older, she would "pinch wine" from their restaurant cellar, developing a love for great wine.
The wine lists at both establishments feature only organic/biodynamic wines without compromising on taste. Lola enjoys hearing the stories behind the winemakers and working with small, family-owned businesses.
