To mark World Food Day, MA Food & Development student Zoe Gowers shares her highlights of the programme.
Zoe, a student of the 2024-25 class, discusses her experience, including a visit to the Korean Development Institute (KDI) for a summer school on political polarisation.
I was living and working in Brighton before coming to IDS. After graduating in International Development and Economics, I worked in sports events, but my interest in food systems, nutrition, and policy grew.
Zoe discovered the MA Food and Development course on the University of Sussex website, which led her to IDS.
