Ukrainian Forces Achieve Success in Zaporizhzhya Region
The Ukrainian Defense Forces have made significant gains in the Zaporizhzhya direction, liberating several villages and expanding their control over the front.
- The village of Malye Shcherbaki was liberated by units of the 24th separate assault battalion "Aidar" and the 33rd assault regiment.
- The national flag of Ukraine was hoisted over Malye Shcherbaki.
- Ukrainian assault units advanced 3.5 kilometers and extended the line of control over a five-kilometer-wide section of the front.
- The villages of Shcherbaki and partially Stepovoye were also liberated, which were previously considered important strongholds of the Russian defense.
