A previous "No Kings" protest in June drew over 2,000 people downtown, part of thousands of nationwide protests against the Trump administration's authoritarian tendencies, with an estimated 5 million participants in total.
However, this Saturday's event will be affected by the large football crowds, including ESPN's College GameDay show, making it impractical to hold the protest at usual locations like the Arch, Tate Student Center, or City Hall.
