The Crown Prosecution Service has announced that three individuals, Khondaker Fuad Hasan, Liu Xu Hopkins, and Benjamin Hopkins, have been charged with conspiracy to control prostitution for gain.
These charges are contrary to Section 53 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and Section 1 of the Criminal Law Act 1977, following an investigation by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit into alleged organised human trafficking and money laundering offences.
