A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence, resulting in the death of two people from Nappanee.
The man, from 12th St., Rochester, is charged with two counts of driving while suspended resulting in death, and two counts of causing death when operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II drug in their system.
The incident occurred on June 30, when Marshall County Dispatch received a report of a personal injury crash on Eighth Road and Apple Road, Bourbon, involving a vehicle and horse-drawn carriage.
Life-saving measures were being provided to those on scene.
