Warburtons Acquires Roberts Bakery Ilkeston Factory
Warburtons has confirmed the acquisition of the Roberts Bakery sourdough factory in Ilkeston through an administration deal.
A spokesperson for Warburtons stated:
The acquisition aims to enable the company to meet growing demand and support its future growth.
Meanwhile, Roberts Bakery's parent company, Frank Roberts & Sons Ltd, has been saved from administration by Boparan Private Office, securing over 400 jobs.
