Inter Achieves Profit for the First Time in Modern History

Inter announced a profit of €35.4m, a milestone not achieved in modern history, alongside a record revenue of €567m.

The club's financial transformation began after the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, which exacerbated existing large debts. A turning point came when Suning defaulted on a loan, leading to the club being effectively repossessed by Oaktree in May 2024.

This resulted in a net increase of €70m from June 2024, when the club had a loss of €35.7m, and a record revenue increase of €94m compared to last season.

Inter's financial situation has been transformed, achieving a profit for the first time in modern history.
