P&O Cruises' Iona is currently in a Rotterdam shipyard for its first drydock, undergoing routine maintenance and a technical overhaul.
As part of Carnival Corporation's Excel-class series, the 5,200-guest vessel will also receive technical maintenance before resuming service.
The Iona is set to restart operations on October 23, 2025, with a winter season featuring itineraries to Northern Europe and the Canary Islands.
Its first sailing after the refit will be a two-night cruise to nowhere, followed by a seven-night cruise to Spain and France.
The LNG-powered ship is expected to welcome guests back after the drydock.
