Human Remains Found Near I-15 in Washington City
Human remains have been discovered near Interstate 15 in Washington City, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
A company contracted to clean up litter and debris within the I-15 right-of-way found the remains on Monday afternoon, as reported by Mike Alexander with the Utah Highway Patrol. Alexander stated,
“They reported the finding to UHP, who responded to secure the scene. Troopers and SBI agents are investigating,”
The Utah Department of Transportation has blocked the right shoulder on northbound I-15 at MP 14.
