Child Abuse Charges Filed Against Parents
A man and woman face felony child abuse charges after their three children tested positive for cocaine exposure.
The Iredell County Sheriff's Office, led by Sheriff Darren Campbell, conducted an investigation that led to the arrests of Kyle Robert Crill, 36, and Lora Lee Estes, 30.
- The investigation began on September 25 after a report of possible child abuse involving three children, aged 1 to 9.
- Detective R. Olson worked with the Iredell County Department of Social Services on the case.
Sheriff Darren Campbell announced the arrests in a news release published on social media Monday afternoon.
