A-10 Returns from CENTCOM Deployment with UAS Kill Markings

An A-10C Thunderbolt II of the U.S. Air Force was spotted with two Shahed-type UAS shapes painted on the nose while returning to its home base.

The aircraft returned from its latest deployment in the U.S. CENTCOM Area of Responsibility with interesting kill markings, including two Shahed-type UAS shapes and an Ares figure.

These markings confirm the A-10's use in a Counter UAS role, shooting down hostile One Way Attack drones.

No official statement has been released by the U.S.
