Starting 25 March 2026, Jetstar will offer direct flights from the Sunshine Coast to Bali (Denpasar) three times a week, operated on their modern Airbus A321LR aircraft. This new route will provide over 70,000 low fare seats annually, making international travel more accessible and affordable for Sunshine Coast residents.
Jetstar becomes the first airline to offer direct flights between the Sunshine Coast and Bali, cutting out the need to travel via Brisbane. The six-hour flight allows travelers to quickly reach Bali’s renowned beaches, rich culture, and tropical atmosphere, saving time, money, and the hassle of a road trip.
This new Sunshine Coast service marks Jetstar's tenth direct flight route from Australia to Bali and the fourth out of Queensland, following the earlier launch from the Gold Coast in 2025.
The Bali flights are scheduled to connect with Jetstar’s services from Bali to Singapore, enabling travelers to depart from the Sunshine Coast in the morning and arrive in Singapore by dinner.
