Jetstar Launches Direct Flights from Sunshine Coast to Bali
Jetstar (JQ) will start direct flights from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) to Bali’s Denpasar Airport (DPS) beginning 25 March 2026. Fares for the new route will start at $199.

- Three weekly flights operated on Airbus A321LR aircraft
- Flight duration approximately six hours each way
- About 70,000 seats will be available annually
- Passengers gain easier access to Bali and connections to Singapore (SIN) via Denpasar

Significance for Jetstar and the Region
This new route is Jetstar’s first direct link between Sunshine Coast and Bali, and marks the airline’s tenth route from Australia to Bali. It further strengthens Jetstar’s position as the leading carrier in South-East Queensland.
