Jetstar will start operating Airbus A321LR flights linking Sunshine Coast to Bali with a connection in Singapore, expanding affordable travel options from Queensland to Indonesia. The new service begins on March 25, 2026, marking the first international route from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY).
This launch is Jetstar’s first direct connection from Sunshine Coast to Bali and its tenth Australian direct route to the popular Indonesian destination. It follows the earlier introduction of Gold Coast-Bali flights and makes it Queensland’s fourth Bali service.
Flight schedules align with existing Jetstar services between Bali and Singapore, enabling same-day travel from Sunshine Coast to Singapore with a stop in Bali. The route also opens a new gateway for travelers from Singapore and Southeast Asia to access the Sunshine Coast.
Jetstar launched a 48-hour promotional sale with one-way fares from Sunshine Coast to Bali starting at $AU199 (USD $130).
Fares are available on the airline’s website, making the new route accessible to budget-conscious travelers.
Summary: Jetstar’s new Sunshine Coast-Bali flights via Singapore will significantly enhance low-cost travel options and regional connectivity between Queensland, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia starting March 2026.
