Chris Padilla Floors Ismael Bonfim With Vicious Second-Round Knockout
At UFC Vegas 111, Chris Padilla extended his undefeated streak by decisively defeating Ismael Bonfim. Padilla dominated most of the first round, targeting Bonfim’s lead leg and driving him against the cage.
The continuous pressure took its toll on Bonfim, who began to tire midway through the second round. With about a minute left, Padilla took Bonfim down and delivered a series of powerful ground strikes.
Referee Chris Tognoni intervened and stopped the fight to prevent further damage.
