The 2025 League of Legends World Championship Opening Ceremony, presented by Mastercard™, took place on November 8 at 11 p.m. GMT at the Dong’an Lake Sports Park Indoor Gymnasium in Chengdu.
Event Highlights
The ceremony marked the start of the biggest esports event of the year, featuring performances from international artists. This year’s visual experience was created in partnership with DJ and producer Anyma, who collaborated with Riot Games as a creative partner for ACT III of the Opening Ceremony.
