Riot Games have announced the host cities for the 2026 League of Legends international tournaments, spanning the Americas and Asia. These cross-regional events remain rare, making MSI and Worlds particularly special by allowing every region to showcase its progress and competitiveness.
The first international tournament of the 2026 season, First Stand, will be held in São Paulo, Brazil, from March 16 to 22. Eight teams will compete in a series of Best-of-5 matches throughout the week.
The 2026 MSI, traditionally serving as a preview for Worlds, will take place in Daejeon, South Korea. The exact dates are still to be confirmed.
Following the energy of Worlds 2025, Riot Games has announced that the 2026 World Championship will return to North America, hosting matches in Allen, Texas, and New York City.
