The Perch Lobby Bar Opening at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will debut a new lobby bar named The Perch on November 10. This fresh addition celebrates the resort’s Victorian heritage, inspired by the iconic birdcage once featured in the lobby.
Design and Atmosphere
The Perch features elegant woodwork, stained glass, and brass accents, creating an ambiance that honors the classic Victorian style. Opposite the bar, guests will find the historic Victorian cage-style elevator still in place.
Renovation Progress
Disney has been refurbishing the lobby for several months, with recent progress including the installation of new floors, countertops, and shelving around the bar area.
