Lorraine Kelly to Celebrate Another Year of Fundraising for the STV Children’s Appeal

STV will broadcast a special live programme on Friday from its Pacific Quay headquarters in Glasgow, highlighting the charity work of the STV Children’s Appeal throughout 2025.

TV legend Lorraine Kelly, a trustee of the STV Children’s Appeal since it began, will host the show. She will meet various people who have supported the Appeal or benefited from its work over the past year.

Unique Tartan for the Appeal

In anticipation of the show, Lorraine Kelly was photographed wearing a kilt and scarf made from a unique tartan created by the Paisley-based family firm Houston Kiltmakers. The official tartan incorporates the charity’s pink, yellow, and blue colours and was designed earlier this year to help raise funds.

Kelly’s Reflections

“Celebrating all the fundraisers and projects involved in the STV Children’s Appeal is always one of the highlights of my year – and this year will be extra special, as I’m heading to Scotland to present the Appeal Show live from STV HQ. I’m looking forward to meeting more incredible people from across the country, hearing their inspiring stories and learning what the work of the STV Children’s Appeal means to them."
Programme Focus

Friday’s programme will spotlight three different projects supported by the Appeal this year, showcasing the positive impact of the charity’s efforts.
