In the race for three Manhattan City Commission seats, Larry D. Fox holds the lead with 2,866 votes from 20 of 39 precincts reporting. Jim Morrison is second with 2,702 votes, followed by Amber Starling at 2,069 and Andrew Von Lintel with 2,019 votes.
