Debut for James Overy
Seventeen-year-old James Overy, who plays for Manchester United, has been named in his first senior Socceroos squad. The energetic right-back from Perth, turning 18 this weekend, impressed at the U20 World Cup with the Young Socceroos. He recently signed his first professional contract with Manchester United and previously represented Scotland’s under-19 team before committing to Australia.

- Jackson Irvine and Riley McGree return to the squad after recovering from foot injuries.
