Comedian Alan Carr, 49, claimed victory on Celebrity Traitors after a tense final on Thursday night, successfully concealing his role as the Traitor from the Faithful. During the show’s spin-off Uncloaked, Carr publicly apologized to his friend Paloma Faith.
After the final aired, Alan expressed deep remorse for deceiving his friends, especially after eliminating his close friend Paloma Faith, 44. He chose the pregnant singer as his first victim by symbolically "murdering" her with pollen from a fake poisoned lily, a move that left Paloma angry and betrayed.
"The thing is, when I killed Paloma I felt sick inside. And you've got to remember, it was such a cruel twist to touch someone's face."
Speaking to host Ed Gamble on Uncloaked, Alan admitted feeling "awful" about his decision but said he had no other option but to select Paloma as the target.
Alan Carr's victory on Celebrity Traitors came with a heavy emotional cost, as he openly apologized for betraying close friend Paloma Faith in the final moments of the competition.
